What this is
JIUFENG AI News is a daily AI industry digest from the JIUFENG Editorial team, published twice a day at 08:00 and 20:00 Beijing time in English and Chinese. Each issue covers AI models, products, open-source projects and industry news from the preceding hours. The site also carries feature articles written by the editorial team (such as the Loop Engineering series), which are not produced by the automated process below.
How it is made
- Sources: Each issue draws on 36 fixed sources, including official blogs and announcements from model makers and open-source projects, and technology media. Every item links to its sources, with the original source listed first and labelled "Original source", "Multiple outlets" or "Single report".
- Writing: AI compiles the items into English and Chinese from the collected source text.
- Fact-checking: Before publication, a separate AI review step checks each item against the source text, including facts, figures and quotes. Content the sources do not support must be revised, and items that still fail are removed. The system also checks that links work, that the format is complete and that each item has enough sources.
- Publishing: Issues that pass every check are published automatically, without article-by-article human review before publication. The editorial team spot-checks issues after publication and handles reader feedback.
Our principles
- The original source prevails: where a report differs from the original, the original is authoritative.
- We do not publish rumours we cannot source.
- Images come from the original source with attribution where possible; otherwise we use a summary card.

JIUFENG also operates jiufeng.ai, an AI image and video generation platform that offers models from providers such as OpenAI and MiniMax. Coverage of these providers follows the same sourcing and fact-checking standards as all other coverage.
